Staci L. Redmon, founder, President and Chief Executive Officer, began her career in the Army. While serving in the Signal Corps, an injury cut her military career short. But she continued to serve. She worked in the defense space for over 20 years where she learned the entire life cycle of program development and management. She saw many critical programs not receive funding, and knew there was a better way to get the work done at a fair price. And so the idea of founding SAMS was born.

Since then, Redmon has proven herself a successful entrepreneur and leader. She has been recognized for her visionary leadership and dedication to the community by a multitude of organizations and has led the company through exponential growth. Redmon believe that investing her employees, clients and the community is the measure of a successful business. She has made it a priority to surround herself with a team of strong and talented individuals who come together to push the company to new levels of achievement.

Redmon holds a BS in Computer Information Systems, and MBA with a concentration in Acquisitions and Graduate Certificate in Procurement and Federal Contracts Management. In addition, Redmon is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program and the Babson College Executive Education: Surge and Grow program. Additionally, Redmon is a member of the inaugural class of the Dell Women in Technology program, and 1863 Ventures in association with Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. Sponsored by IBM and through the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College she completed the Tuck-WBENC Executive program and the Tuck-WBENC Strategic Growth program.
